Travers\u00e9e Lisbonne – Mad\u00e8re<\/h3>

Nous quittons Lisbonne dimanche 4 octobre au matin pour une navigation de 500 miles ( soit environ 900 kms pour les non marins :)). Nous comptons une travers\u00e9e entre 4 et 5 jours … ce n’est pas rien !<\/p>

Nous percevons cette travers\u00e9e un peu comme un test, histoire de prendre la temp\u00e9rature avant de d\u00e9cider de franchir le pas de la transat !<\/p>

Arriv\u00e9e jeudi 8 octobre, \u00e0 la Marina Quinta do do Lorde \u00e0 Mad\u00e8re. La pr\u00e9sentation d’un test covid n\u00e9gatif est obligatoire \u00e0 l’arriv\u00e9e sur l’\u00eele de Mad\u00e8re. Le d\u00e9pistage sur place est tr\u00e8s bien organis\u00e9 et gratuit. Apr\u00e8s 48h de quarantaine (entre le test et les r\u00e9sultats) \ud83d\ude09 nous partons explorer Mad\u00e8re la spectaculaire !<\/p>

Balade le long des Levadas<\/h3>

Ces voies d’eau, tr\u00e8s nombreuses \u00e0 Mad\u00e8re, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues pour acheminer les eaux de pluie r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es sur le versant nord-ouest de l’\u00eele plus arros\u00e9, plus humide vers le versant sud-est aride mais plus propice \u00e0 l’habitat et l’agriculture. Ces techniques d’irrigations, inspir\u00e9es de l’Andalousie ont permis aux marchands de Mad\u00e8re de s’enrichir. Les champs de canne \u00e0 sucre \u00e9taient irrigu\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’eau des Levadas.,<\/div>

Caminho de Concelho<\/h3>

Une sentier impressionnant qui serpente en zig zag entre les falaises\u00a0 … un denivel\u00e9 de 500 m\u00e8tres sur moins de 2 kms pour relier deux villages ! Ce sentier ardus \u00e9tait apparemment utilis\u00e9 autrefois pour transporter des marchandises du village de Jardim do Mar jusqu’au port de Paul do Mar !\u00a0<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
